Selected outcomes
Only PheCodes FDR-significant in at least one M4 OSA-severity contrast are shown. The curves are post-selection descriptions, not independent validation.
Source threshold
Severity curves contain at least 20 participants and 5 incident events per stratum; landmark curves contain at least 20 and 3. A missing stratum is unavailable, not zero incidence.
Disclosure status
Aggregate cumulative-incidence percentages are public. Exact monthly at-risk and cumulative-event cells, uncertainty bands, and curve downloads remain outside the browser bundle.
Follow-up horizon
Follow-up ends May 31, 2023. Severity curves extend six years from index; landmark curves extend five years from index plus the selected grace period.
Public research release. Cumulative incidence is an observed absolute-risk summary within a sleep-clinic referral cohort and should not be interpreted as an adjusted effect, a causal contrast, or population OSA prevalence.
